Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service as the top priority.
• Observe, survey the area and report on activity at the assigned location.
• Provide rapid response in critical situations.
• Read and write detailed reports.
• Enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards when appropriate.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent (GED).
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus.
• State license if required (example license number: MB 3100270).

Skills

• Strong customer service orientation.
• Effective communication – reading and writing detailed reports.
• Ability to respond rapidly to critical situations.
• Knowledge of enforcing procedures and regulations.

Pay

Competitive hourly starting rate of $17.00 (Orlando, FL market).
