About the role

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer in New Orleans, LA. The role requires a Security License and offers competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful connections with people on all shifts in various environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.
• Manage access control and perform regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED.
• Achie and pass an extensive screening process.
• Show exceptional customer service skills.
• Show proficiency in basic phone & computer skills.
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• Have a state license if required.

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $15.15 (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!).

Schedule

Monday- Friday 7:15am-4:15pm (40 hours per week).
