About the role
The role is responsible for managing customer relationships and providing technical support.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions through phone and email
- Provide technical solutions to customer issues
- Document and escalate complex issues to senior team members
- Train new team members on customer service best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
