Requirements

• Valid Texas PSB Level II License (Unarmed Security Officer)
• Reliability and strong communication skills
• Sound judgment
• Professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude
• Ability to stay alert, observant, and proactive
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication
• Demonstrated integrity and accountability

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to client properties, ensuring authorized entry and maintaining a secure environment
• Provide courteous assistance to employees, visitors, and vendors while representing TriCorps with professionalism
• Enforce site-specific policies, regulations, and safety procedures consistently and fairly
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, incidents, and alarms in coordination with management or local authorities
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections to identify safety or security concerns
• Prepare clear and accurate reports detailing daily activities, incidents, and observations
• Support management and client requests to ensure the highest level of service and security

Schedule & Work Environment

• Positions available in the Houston, Texas area
• Shifts may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Full-time and part-time positions available
