About the role

As a casual Security Officer – Response, your duties will shift based on daily needs and special events. You’ll work at our Stamford, CT site with a schedule that includes:

• Monday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Saturday – Sunday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

A Connecticut Guard Card is required.

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $18.00. DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process
• Quick thinking and adaptability to changing situations
• Strong problem-solving skills
• State license (if required)
