About the Department

Cambridge Health Alliance's Imaging Department maintains and restores the health of patients by providing the highest quality diagnostic tools and therapeutic interventions. Our Radiology Physicians and Radiologic Technologists provide expert imaging services at all three hospital campuses and multiple community locations. We are proud to be recognized as a Breast Imaging Center of Excellence, as well as a nationally accredited CT and Ultrasound service.

About the Role

The Ultrasound Technologist performs general abdominal, obstetrical, and small parts ultrasound exams. They are expected to provide quality patient care and meet all service excellence standards. This is a network position and may require assignments at multiple locations. The role includes working holidays as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general abdominal, obstetrical, and small parts ultrasound exams.
  • Provide quality patient care in alignment with service excellence standards.
  • Work at multiple network locations as assigned.
  • Work holidays and weekends as required.

Qualifications

  • RDMS preferred; RDMS eligible considered.
  • AHA BLS certification required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of general and OB ultrasound experience preferred.

Benefits

  • Up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus, based on experience.

Pay

Pay range varies based on candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.

Schedule

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week.
  • 10-hour shifts: Monday, Wednesday, Friday at Cambridge Hospital (CH); Thursday at Everett Hospital (EH).
  • Shift hours: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
  • Weekend and holiday requirements: Yes.
