Position: UKG Workforce Pro Mandatory Skills – UKG SDM, data imports/exports, and managing interface setups. Location: Dallas, Texas.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of UKG Workforce Pro global business structure, including organizational setup, labor categories, and security profiles.
- Hands-on experience in UKG implementations or upgrades, specifically building/modifying business structure, pay rule components, and integrations.
- Full-suite functional expertise in Pay Policies, Accruals, Scheduling, Attendance, Attestation, and Custom Reports.
- Skilled in UKG SDM, data imports/exports, and managing interface setups.
- Ability to extract and analyze system data using GCP and SQL, and load configuration updates as needed.
- Strong understanding of integration flows between UKG Pro WFM and HR/Payroll systems.
