What Stands Out Among Top Talent

• 3 to 5 or more years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro, including People Center Pay for Canada
• Proficiency across UKG Pro modules and a strong understanding of HRIS implementation processes
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• UKG Pro certifications for Canada are a strong plus
