UKG Consultant

Location – Grand Rapids, MI, Atlanta, GA, or Plano, TX- Hybrid Hybrid role Job Type- 6 Month CTH Must Have Must have experience with UKG Workforce Management – Time and Attendance, Payroll, Benefits Any Workday Experience Highly Preferred, But Not Required Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or equivalent work experience 5-7+ years of experience with UKG WFM, Dimensions Experience working in at least 1 Implementation project, including Payroll, Time Management and ERP Integration(s) Experience with UKG Dimensions, UKG Ultipro, Awareness of SAP, Workday, integration, configuration, and support Awareness of Workday, Tress, and ADP in areas of Payroll, Benefits, Tax management Must have proven ability to perform configuration or customization in Time Management and Payroll systems Experience with reporting in WFM and Ultipro Expert in data management, analysis Strong interpersonal and communication skills, Strategic thinking and thought leadership capabilities
