Responsibilities
- Experience configuring UKG Pro WFM (Kronos/Dimensions), including Pay Rules, Accruals, and Advanced Scheduling modules
- Experience working in healthcare or 24/7 shift-based environments
- Diagnose and remediate existing UKG configurations
- Understand FLSA, state wage-and-hour regulations, and multi-differential pay structures
- Familiarity with self-scheduling, shift bidding, or float pool functionality in Advanced Scheduling
- UKG implementation experience within hospital or health system clients
- Experience configuring rules for union/collective bargaining agreements
- Exposure to WFM-to-payroll integration and interface troubleshooting
- UKG certification in Pro WFM configuration or implementation
- Collaborate with client teams, especially addressing trust concerns from previous designs
- Create design specifications, test scripts, and UAT tracking
- Coordinate efforts with a large team of configuration analysts to avoid rule conflicts and duplicated logic
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience configuring UKG Pro WFM
- Proven ability to diagnose and remediate UKG configurations
- Solid understanding of FLSA, state wage-and-hour regulations, and multi-differential pay structures
- Experience with self-scheduling, shift bidding, or float pool functionality in Advanced Scheduling
- Strong UKG implementation experience within hospital or health system clients
- Experience configuring rules for union/collective bargaining agreements
- Exposure to WFM-to-payroll integration and interface troubleshooting
- UKG certification in Pro WFM configuration or implementation
- Strong documentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with client teams
- Willingness to work onsite in NYC
