Role Responsibilities

• Planning, building and managing Google Ads campaigns that generate qualified leads and maximize ROI
• Maintaining campaign performance through continuous optimization of targeting, keywords, bidding strategies, ad copy, and budgets
• Analyzing campaign data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
• Staying updated with the latest Google Ads features, platform updates, and industry best practices
• Building strong relationships with clients by providing regular updates, performance insights, and strategic recommendations
• Producing clear, data-driven reports that demonstrate campaign performance and next steps
• Collaborating with the wider marketing team to ensure PPC campaigns align with broader marketing strategies
• Serving as a mentor to junior team members while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team culture

• Proven experience managing successful Google Ads campaigns across multiple accounts
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
