UI/UX Designer Principal

For our client, we are seeking a UI/UX Designer Principal to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will shape user experiences for complex digital products, with a strong emphasis on human-centered design, information architecture, and research-driven decision-making. You will translate user needs into scalable navigation and interaction models while partnering closely with product, engineering, and other cross-functional stakeholders. The work will influence usability, design consistency, and the overall effectiveness of enterprise applications in a technology-driven environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $129,813 – $172,500 annually Responsibilities Provide UX design expertise using Human-Centered Design and design thinking methodologies Develop scalable information architecture structures and navigation models Create detailed UX research plans documenting objectives and methodologies Facilitate user research and discovery activities to uncover insights Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency Qualifications 10+ years of experience in information systems, including at least 8 years in specialized roles Expertise in Human-Centered Design and User Experience (UX) Strong background in information architecture for complex applications Familiarity with front-end development, particularly ReactJS and JavaScript Solid problem-solving and critical thinking skills Benefits Remote work flexibility with the option to work from any location Opportunities for professional development and skills enhancement Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
