Principal UI/UX Designer

About the role

The Principal UI/UX Designer will lead the design of user interfaces and experiences for our cutting-edge products. This role requires a deep understanding of user needs and a passion for creating intuitive, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing digital products.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-fidelity prototypes and visual designs for new product features and updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and developers to ensure that the design solutions meet business goals and user needs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience.
• Stay current with the latest trends in UI/UX design and incorporate these into the design process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful design projects.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping software.
