About the role

The Agentforce for Service design team at Salesforce is seeking a Principal Product Designer to set the design vision for a broad domain of Agentforce for Service, frame the hardest problems, connect disparate workstreams into a coherent direction, and shape a culture of craft, critique, and continuous improvement across the discipline.

Responsibilities

• Set the design vision for a broad domain of Agentforce for Service, framing the hardest problems and connecting disparate workstreams into a coherent, forward-looking direction that aligns with Salesforce's business objectives and the evolving needs of our global customers.
• Shape a culture of craft, critique, and continuous improvement across the discipline, elevating the work of every designer around you through mentorship and example.
• Drive the evolution of design standards and the Salesforce Design System (SLDS2), ensuring your domain promotes a cohesive, accessible, and unified experience across the entire Salesforce portfolio.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience designing and delivering products in cross-functional teams, with a portfolio of category-defining work and a track record of solving the most ambiguous, high-stakes design problems at scale.
• A deep understanding of AI and its applications in workflow, with mastery of user-centered design methods, research, and usability testing — and a talent for translating insight into direction.
• The ability to influence others and build consensus across an organization while navigating significant ambiguity, leading through influence rather than authority.
• Deep experience with design systems and expert knowledge of design and AI productivity tools such as Figma, Figma Make, Claude, and Cursor.

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM or enterprise software.
• A passion for mentoring designers and shaping design culture.

• Mastery of user research and usability testing.
• Ability to translate insights into clear design direction.

Pay

The typical base salary range for this position is $197,300 - $313,700 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range is $237,700 - $344,700 annually.
