UI Manager

Location: Pennington, NJ • Contract (1.5 Year) • Hybrid (3 days onsite per week) • W2 only

About the role

This is a UI Lead / UI Manager position focused on bringing multiple applications into a client-correspondence HUB (CCH). The role is not hands-on development; instead, the resource will architect, design, set coding standards, and execute with a team of developers. Responsibilities include collaborating with peer teams, articulating and selling concepts, and ensuring buy-in across teams. The ideal candidate will be a UI expert capable of guiding and providing solutions for a seamless look and feel and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design UI solutions for integration into the client-correspondence HUB (CCH).
• Set and enforce coding standards for UI development.
• Lead and manage a team of developers to execute UI projects.
• Collaborate with peer teams to articulate and sell UI concepts, ensuring team buy-in.
• Provide expert guidance on seamless user experience and consistent look and feel.
• Work with partner teams to align efforts and drive cohesive UI strategies.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with the UI/UX team to refine and implement designs.

Requirements

• Expertise in UI architecture and design, with a focus on user experience.
• Experience with applications built in React or Angular.
• Familiarity with backend APIs in Java.
• Strong leadership skills to guide and manage a development team.
• Ability to influence and convince teams to adopt UI strategies and standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
