We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, scam warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also we must not repeat job title as heading (not present). No Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. We need to parse the posting. Let's extract content: Intro: "Welcome! We’re excited you’re considering an opportunity with us! To apply to this position and be considered, click the Apply button located above this message and complete the application in full. Below, you’ll find other important information about this position." This is application instruction and welcome; we should remove. Then: "This position has the authority, responsibility, and shift accountability for the delivery of nursing care through the use of the nursing process. The incumbent accepts accountability, applies competent clinical knowledge skills, and uses independent nursing judgment for care provided by self and by health care providers to whom care is delegated to achieve quality patient care outcomes. Performs the duties and responsibilities within the scope of a Registered Nurse (RN) - Level I, as defined within the job description. The incumbent must demonstrate the knowledge and skills at the advanced beginner level necessary to provide care that is relevant to the patient(s) under their care, as well as apply principles of growth and development over the life span. The incumbent also must possess the ability to assess and interpret patient data needed to identify each patient's requirements relative to his or her age-specific needs. This role provides professional nursing care for patients in an inpatient hospital setting." That's description of role. Could be "About the role". Then "Minimum Qualifications EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: Current Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which services will be provided or current multi-state Registered Nurse license through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC). Obtain certification in Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire date. Experience One (1) year of registered nursing experience." That's Minimum Qualifications. Then "Preferred Qualifications EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: Bachelors of Science in Nursing Degree (BSN)." That's Preferred Qualifications. Then "CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The statements described here are intended to describe the general nature of work being performed by people assigned to this position. They are not intended to be constructed as an all-inclusive list of all responsibilities and duties. Other duties may be assigned." Then a list of duties (many bullet-like sentences). We need to put them in
  • . Should we include the introductory sentence? Probably not; we can include the list items only. The list items are each sentence starting with a verb. Let's extract each duty: - Modifies patient’s plan of care based on data collection and patient’s individual needs. - Uses Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) to provide patient care. - Delegates according to scope of practice. - Verifies the plan of care with interprofessional colleagues, patient, and caregiver(s). - Provides education based on learning needs and involvement of family. - Promotes effective communication among interprofessional team members & healthcare consumers. - Influences policy to promote safe patient care. - Utilizes appropriate resources in providing care, especially in sensitive situations. - Incorporates processes to enhance the organizational plan of growth and influence. - Participates in developing strategies to promote healthy communities and practice environments. - Recognizes strategies to improve nursing quality. - Provides critical review and/or evaluation of policies, procedures, and guidelines to improve quality of healthcare. - Demonstrates understanding of importance of data collection and utilization. - Disseminates educational findings, experiences, and ideas with peers. - Engages in activities related to nurse sensitive indicators to enhance quality of care. - Participates in continuing professional development. - Identifies ethical situations and seeks assistance of appropriate colleagues. - Identifies ways to maintain and improve ethical environment of the work setting conducive to safe, quality health care. - Adheres to the moral and legal rights of patients. - Engages in opportunities for work/life balance. - For Facilities With Specialty Accreditation Requirements Completion of annual required education related to specialty accreditation as defined by accreditation standards. Training may be completed through CBLs, trainings, In-services, and competency validation. That's a duty. Then "PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: ..." This could be a section maybe "Requirements"? But we already have Requirements maybe for qualifications. Physical requirements could be part of "Requirements" or separate "Physical Requirements". The instruction says use headings for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can put physical requirements under Requirements (maybe as a subsection? but we only have
    • for lists). Could embed as list items under Requirements. Then "WORKING ENVIRONMENT: ..." Also could be under Requirements or maybe under Responsibilities? Probably Requirements. Then "Skills And Abilities" list: we can put under Skills. Then "The CAPE program is a system-wide clinical advancement program..." That's additional info about career ladder; could be under Qualifications? Or maybe under About the role? It's about advancement program. Could be under Qualifications or maybe a separate section but not in allowed headings. Could fit under Qualifications (maybe as additional info). But we need to preserve all substantive info; we can include it as a paragraph under Qualifications or maybe under About the role. Since it's about career advancement, maybe under Qualifications (since it's about qualifications for advancement). We'll include as a paragraph. Then "Additional Job Description Scheduled Weekly Hours: 36 Shift Night (United States of America) Exempt/Non-Exempt United States of America (Non-Exempt) Company UHC United Hospital Center Cost Center 1111 UHC Nursing Intermediate Medical Unit Address 327 Medical Park Drive Bridgeport West Virginia" That includes Schedule (Scheduled Weekly Hours: 36 Shift Night) and Pay? Not given pay. So we can create a Schedule section with that info. Also we could include Company info maybe not needed; but we can include as part of About the role? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include the schedule info. Also maybe include the company name and location? That's substantive. Could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section like "About the role" includes location. We'll include as a paragraph under About the role. Also "Equal Opportunity Employer ..." is boilerplate EEO; we should remove. Now we need to decide sections: - About the role: include description of role, plus company info, location, maybe schedule? But schedule is separate section. - Responsibilities: list of core duties. - Requirements: include Minimum Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications? Actually Qualifications separate. The headings list includes Requirements and Qualifications separate. So we need to differentiate: Requirements maybe refer to minimum qualifications (education, certification, experience). Qualifications maybe preferred qualifications? Or we could put Minimum under Requirements, Preferred under Qualifications. Also physical requirements and working environment could go under Requirements as well. - Skills: Skills And Abilities list. - Benefits: not provided; we should not create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. No benefits mentioned, so omit. - Pay: not provided; omit. - Schedule: include Scheduled Weekly Hours: 36 Shift Night (United States of America) Exempt/Non-Exempt United States of America (Non-Exempt). Also maybe include shift details. We also have "Exempt/Non-Exempt United States of America (Non-Exempt)" maybe redundant. We'll output:
