About the role

We are looking to hire a full-time UGC/Affiliate Manager to lead the growth and management of our affiliate program across our portfolio of iconic brands—including Von Dutch, Ed Hardy, Trina Turk, Valentino Orlandi, and Badgley Mischka. You will drive revenue through strategic partnerships, performance optimization, and structured reporting. Working closely with Marketing and Creative teams, you will recruit and nurture high-impact creators and partners, coordinate gifting and content execution, and align campaigns with broader brand and business objectives. This role requires strong organization, clear communication, and a deep understanding of affiliate platforms, UGC strategy, and the evolving creator ecosystem across TikTok and Instagram. The Affiliate Manager plays a critical role in scaling performance-driven partnerships—ensuring programs are thoughtfully managed, data-informed, and consistently aligned with growth goals. You must be based in or willing to commute to our office to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and scale the UGC and affiliate programs across social and e-commerce platforms
  • Recruit, onboard, and nurture creators, affiliates, and brand partners
  • Develop briefs, track deliverables, and ensure content aligns with brand voice and goals
  • Monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and report on KPIs and ROI
  • Collaborate with creative, social, and paid teams to repurpose high-performing content

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in UGC, affiliate, or influencer marketing
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and creator ecosystems
  • Experience managing affiliate platforms and performance tracking
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
