What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain a deep understanding of lead generation and the day-to-day operations of managing affiliate partners and relationships.
  • Optimize and develop affiliate programs, strategically growing affiliate accounts.
  • Develop, close, and grow affiliate partnerships, optimizing from lead to revenue through negotiations and translating data into actionable strategies.
  • Generate relationships through your own initiative, demonstrating a highly self-motivated and success-driven approach.
  • Utilize data to drive optimization decisions on performance campaign strategies, placements, and creative.
  • Scale volume efficiently using data and forecasted goals within the affiliate channel.
  • Analyze data, optimize performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues.
  • Develop an affiliate contact management strategy and recruit new affiliates through research, referrals, and other avenues.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams, including engineering, data science, and marketing, to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Work with senior leadership to develop internal strategy and structure for the Affiliate department that will support growth and long-term success.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years in Affiliate Marketing.
  • 7+ years of overall professional experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of, adherence to, monitoring, and responsibility for compliance with state and federal regulations and laws as they pertain to this position.
  • Data-driven mindset and experience in optimizing and scaling partnerships and/or performance campaigns.
  • Experience with data reporting & affiliate marketing platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the Finance industry a plus.
