Expected Salary

The salary is commensurate with education and experience. Benefits include:

Required Qualifications

Licensed to practice medicine in accordance with Chapter 458, Florida Statutes* plus four years of appropriate experience. Completion of a residency program may substitute for the required experience.

Preferred

Certification/Licensure in the state of Florida
Federal DEA Certification.
Medical Degree – M.D., D.O., or foreign equivalent.
Board certified in Family Medicine.
Completion of an accredited residency program.
