UF Health Physician - Pediatrician – Ocala Pediatrics
Job Description
UF Health Regional Physicians is seeking a Pediatrician to join their primary care team in Ocala, Florida. This role provides outpatient clinical care for infants, children, and adolescents at the UF Health Ocala Pediatrics Clinic. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing well-child care
- Performing acute visits and chronic disease management
- Conducting physical exams, developmental screenings, and preventive care
- Diagnosing and treating common pediatric conditions
- Administering immunizations and ordering/interpreting diagnostic tests
- Collaborating with pediatric subspecialists and care team members
- Participating in quality-improvement and practice-based initiatives
Qualifications
Licensed to practice medicine in accordance with Chapter 458, Florida Statutes* plus four years of appropriate experience. Completion of a residency program may substitute for the required experience.
