Responsibilities
- Lead a team of pediatricians, physicians assistant/nurse practitioners, and care coordinators in establishing a comprehensive primary care practice
- Practice in a state-of-the-art clinic with on-site laboratory and imaging services, and provide care in the home and via telemedicine
- Develop a network of vetted subspecialists to support children's care
- Collaborate with emergency medicine specialists to respond 24/7 to urgent needs
- Build close and meaningful relationships with families
- Engage and devote time and support to learn, research, and improve your clinical practice
- Leverage in-office lifestyle services including health & wellness coaching, nutritionist, and exercise physiologist for patients and members
Requirements
- Must be Board Certified in Pediatrics
- Florida licensed or eligible
- Minimum of six (6+) or more years of clinical experience
- Compassionate, personable, with outstanding rapport with families and colleagues and oriented towards service
- Available for a full-time commitment and able to take on-call coverage as needed
- Occasional travel to NYC for training and collaboration will be required
