About the role

The UF Health Regional Physician Network is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join the UF Health Family Medicine – Ocala Heath Brook. This opportunity allows the selected candidate to be part of a patient-centered, collegial group dedicated to delivering high-quality clinical care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive family medicine care to patients in the Ocala area.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research projects.
• Contribute to medical student and resident education.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice medicine in accordance with Chapter 458, Florida Statutes*
• Four years of appropriate experience (or completion of a residency program)

Qualifications

• Medical Degree – M.D., D.O., or foreign equivalent
• Board certified in Family Medicine
• Completion of an accredited residency program

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
