Key Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships within the local community and represent the Crunch brand in a professional and approachable manner.
• Aid in pre-opening outreach efforts, which includes distributing promotional materials and maintaining an active social media presence.
• Support the management team during events like site activations, community gatherings, and grand opening celebrations.
• Engage with individuals in a genuine and respectful manner, ensuring interactions align with the brand’s values.

Qualifications

• A strong understanding of customer engagement and communication practices.

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required.
• Comfortable working outdoors and standing for extended periods when needed.
