• Event: Gen Con
• Dates: Wednesday, July 29, 2026 – Sunday, August 2, 2026
• Daily Staffing Need: 2 Brand Ambassadors assigned each day

Schedule and Responsibilities

• Wednesday, July 29, 2026: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Assist with unpacking products and event materials.
• Break down cardboard boxes and help organize the setup area.
• Support general event setup under the direction of the on-site lead.
• Thursday, July 30, 2026: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Meet the on-site lead at the convention center.
• Fill provided backpacks with games for distribution.
• Work near the exhibit hall entrance to hand out games to attendees.
• Refill backpacks throughout the day as needed.
• Friday, July 31, 2026: 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Perform the same distribution and attendee engagement responsibilities as Thursday.
• Saturday, August 1, 2026: 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Perform the same distribution and attendee engagement responsibilities as Thursday.
• Sunday, August 2, 2026: 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Perform the same distribution and attendee engagement responsibilities as Thursday.

Candidate Requirements

• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods each day.
• Able to carry a backpack weighing approximately 20 pounds.
• Friendly, engaging, and confident initiating interaction with attendees.
• Dependable, professional, and able to follow on-site direction.
• Physically able to manage the demands of a live event assignment.
• Must be able to wear a medium or large t-shirt.
