About the role
As a Retail and Event Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for enhancing customer experiences at various events and retail locations. Your primary focus will be on promoting brand awareness, engaging with customers, and ensuring smooth event operations.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers at events and retail locations to promote brand awareness and drive sales.
- Manage inventory and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and in good condition.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of events, including coordinating with vendors and other staff members.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of retail and event management principles.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate events and shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or event management is preferred.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
