Retail and Event Brand Ambassador

About the role

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for enhancing the brand presence at retail and events locations. Your primary focus will be on engaging customers, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers at retail and event locations to promote brand awareness and drive sales.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Support event setup and teardown, including coordinating with vendors and staff.
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain a positive and efficient environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Experience in retail or event management is preferred but not required.
