UCSF Fresno & Inspire Health - Hospice & Palliative Medicine Faculty Position
About the role
The UCSF Fresno Medical Education Program and Central California Faculty Medical Group (CCFMG), dba Inspire Health are seeking a physician to join the teaching faculty. The position will be responsible for the provision of Palliative Care Consultations within Community Medical Center (CMC) and providing expertise for the academic and clinical functions of an active and growing Palliative Care Fellowship training service. The program includes both inpatient and outpatient components within the division of Palliative Medicine working in collaboration with the thriving regional hospital. We have an embedded outpatient clinic within our Cancer Center where we provide continuity of care to our patients with cancer.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate must be board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine and board certified/eligible in Hospice and Palliative Medicine. California licensed or eligible to obtain a California license. This position provides opportunities for teaching, clinical research and community practice in Palliative Care. Medical Administrative and educational leadership opportunities are available. Experience in Palliative inpatient and outpatient care settings is preferred.
Requirements

Pay
$245,000 - $270,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications.
