UAT Testing Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UAT planning, execution, and reporting for enterprise applications and initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and testing scope.
- Develop and maintain UAT strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
- Cookordinate UAT schedules, resources, environments, and communications across teams.
- Manage defect triage, prioritization, tracking, and resolution with development and QA teams.
- Ensure traceability between business requirements and UAT test coverage.
- Facilitate go/no-go decision meetings and provide UAT sign-off recommendations.
- Identify testing risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement of UAT processes, standards, and documentation.
- Provide regular status updates and metrics to leadership and project stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
- 2+ years of experience leading UAT activities or managing testing teams.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira or HP ALM.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
Preferred (Optional)
- Experience in telecom or enterprise systems environments.
- IISTQB, PMP, or Certified Scrum Master certification preferred.
- Experience with data validation, APIs, and system integration testing.

Additional Details
The base range for this contract position is $50 - $60/hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
