About the role
Lead end-to-end UAT planning, coordination, execution, and reporting for banking and trading financial services applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop UAT strategy, test plans, scenarios, test cases, and entry/exit criteria.
- Coordinate with business users, business analysts, development, and QA teams.
- Manage test execution, defect tracking, triage, prioritization, and closure.
- Provide regular status reporting covering progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensure appropriate test coverage against business and functional requirements.
- Coordinate business sign-off and production readiness.

Qualifications
