U70 Transportation Billing Clerk (A1)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accurately complete Bills of Lading for all outgoing shipments.
• Interface with carriers and customer service to address questions, concerns and needs.
• Interact with drivers and warehouse personnel in a courteous and professional manner.
• Gather information and prepare truck load report daily.
• Aid with order processing.
• Run the appropriate closing reports daily.
• Serves as a back-up for daily productivity reports.
• Operates material handling equipment to receive, store and ship product.

Required Qualifications

• Computer proficiency.
• Forklift certified or able to obtain certification.
• Must be able to lift 55 lbs.
