As an Analyst, you'll build a strong foundation for your career through a rotational leadership development experience designed to provide broad exposure across the U.S. Consumer Cards business. Analysts have the opportunity to gain experience across a variety of business groups, including Cards, Marketing, Citi Retail Services, Customer Experience, Chief Operating Office (COO), Analytics & Pricing, Risk, and more. Responsibilities

• Participate in a 24‑month developmental experience consisting of two 12‑month rotations across U.S. Consumer Cards.
• Each rotation provides meaningful exposure to different businesses, teams, and leadership opportunities while helping you build a well‑rounded understanding of the organization.
