Responsibilities
- Type, edit, and format documents, reports, correspondence, and other business materials with a high degree of accuracy.
- Review documents for spelling, grammar, formatting, and data consistency before submission.
- Enter and update information in company databases and electronic filing systems.
- Organize, maintain, and retrieve digital records and documents as needed.
- Ensure confidential information is handled securely and in accordance with company policies.
- Respond to administrative requests and complete assigned tasks within established deadlines.
- Aid with general clerical and administrative duties to support daily business operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous typing, administrative, data entry, or clerical experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent typing speed with strong attention to accuracy and detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
- Highly organized, dependable, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to learn new systems and follow established procedures.
