HR Clerk (Entry Level)
Day to day
As a Seasonal HR Clerk at Six Flags St. Louis LLC in Eureka, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR team. Each day, you will assist with employee onboarding processes, which may include preparing documentation and coordinating orientation sessions. You will handle various administrative tasks such as maintaining personnel records, updating databases, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Additionally, you'll be involved in responding to employee inquiries and providing them with necessary information regarding HR processes.
Collaboration
You will work closely with team members on special projects, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the HR department. You will also have opportunities to learn about recruitment, training, and employee engagement, helping you build a solid foundation in Human Resources.
