Turn Inspector

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct all contractors and personnel assigned to perform turn services.
• Interact with residents during 30-day pre-inspection and final move-out processes.
• Assess and document damages as necessary.
• Perform quality control checks at the final inspection.
• Ensure homes are turned in a timely manner and meet move-in deadlines.
• Process paperwork related to purchase orders, disbursement orders, and the turn process.
• Other duties as assigned by the Turn Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Required Experience: 3+ years of maintenance experience.
• Required Education/Training: High school diploma.
• Skills and Abilities: Computer skills including Excel, Word, Gmail, and Yardi (preferred); excellent interpersonal skills; professional attitude; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
