Turn Inspector

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct all contractors and personnel assigned to perform turn services.
• Interact with residents during 30-day pre-inspection and final move-out processes.
• Assess and document damages as necessary.
• Perform quality control checks at the final inspection stage.
• Ensure properties are turned over in a timely manner and meet move-in deadlines.
• Process paperwork related to purchase orders, work orders, and turn processes.
• Other duties as assigned by the Turn Supervisor.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience.
• High school diploma.
• Computer skills: Excel, Word, Gmail, Yardi (preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with both residents and staff.
• Professional attitude in all aspects of work.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
