About The Role

We are seeking an entry-level Turkish-Speaking Personal Injury Paralegal to join our Manhattan, New York office and provide clerical and administrative support to our team. This is a full-time, in-office position.

Responsibilities

• File, organize, and draft legal documents using Smart Advocate and Microsoft Office Suite
• Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning documents, mailing documents, and filing
• Answer phone calls and handle inquiries from clients and vendors
• Maintain calendar and schedule for your assigned attorney
• Prepare various correspondence including letters to clients, insurance companies, defendants/trusts, etc.
• Draft and format legal pleadings (Bills of Particulars, Demands, and Responses)
• Conduct case investigation and research

Requirements

• Fluency in speaking Turkish
• Experience using Microsoft Office
• 2+ years of experience working as a paralegal at a law firm

Pay

$21.00–$23.00 per hour. The quoted salary range represents our good-faith estimate for ideal candidates; offers are tailored based on experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other relevant factors.
