Compensation

$50,000-$60,000 depending on experience, plus bonuses

About the role

Ryan Lawn & Tree is a $100M+ professional Lawn & Landscape company serving customers across Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Nebraska. As a Turf Route Manager, you will manage a route of 400–500 customers, deliver excellent account management and customer service, handle turf bid requests, and collaborate with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a route of 400–500 residential and commercial lawn care customers
• Perform weed control, fertilization, and other turf treatments
• Provide exceptional customer service and account management
• Handle turf bid requests and create proposals for potential clients
• Efficiently manage daily routes to ensure timely and quality service
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive lawn care solutions

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 3+ years of experience in the green or agricultural industry preferred
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in agronomy, turfgrass, or agricultural sciences is a plus
• Valid Driver’s License and DOT certification required
• Holds a state-issued pesticide applicator license (turfgrass)
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
