About the Role
The Production Line Supervisor is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Commercial Processing Department. Coordinates scheduling and inventory activities for employees, machines and material. Responsible for filling out the required reports, paperwork and checks. Maintains communication with employees and management concerning departmental and plant issues. Ensures that all department employees have a safe and productive working environment. Conducts safety talks, audits, and meetings with the department employees. Responsible for meeting and exceeding all departmental goals for safety, productivity, and quality. Responsible for meeting individual goals which are agreed upon with the management group. Ensures that all ESH procedures, policies and legal requirements are implemented and monitored.

Qualifications
- Basic Qualifications: Associate's Degree or 5 years experience required. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous manufacturing supervision experience.

Pay
The starting annual salary for this role is $72,252 a year. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Schedule
New Hires will likely be placed on a shift that includes evenings and weekends. The job is within a non-climate controlled environment where you will be exposed to temperature swings (hot/cold), forklift and pedestrian traffic, and noise. Majority of work completed in a high heat environment. The role involves various physical tasks, including lifting, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and operating machinery, with comprehensive training provided.
