What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise specialty services crews on nightly assignments
- Perform and oversee floor care services including: Stripping and waxing, Buffing and burnishing, Carpet cleaning and extraction, Deep floor restoration projects
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
- Train and mentor team members on equipment and best practices
- Maintain floor care equipment and supplies
- Ensure all safety procedures and chemical handling guidelines are followed
- Communicate professionally with clients and address concerns when needed
- Work side-by-side with your team to complete projects successfully
What We're Looking For
- Required: Professional floor care experience, Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, Strong attention to detail, Reliable and dependable work ethic
- PREFERRED: Previous supervisor, lead, or crew leader experience, Knowledge of floor finishing, restoration, and carpet care techniques, Experience training and developing team members
