Floor Technician/Floor Care Supervisor

Responsibilities
- Complete daily cleaning and special projects scheduled
- Deep cleaning of commercial buildings/facilities
- Report deficiencies and/or safety hazards to Management so they can be reported to the client
- Take before and after photos of work and submit daily reports to regional team
- Construction cleanups
- Carpet extractions
- Strip and wax, buffing floors
- Pressure washing
- Window cleaning
- Hi-low dusting
- General office cleaning
- Training and recruitment of cleaning staff
- Reporting hours to payroll
Requirements
- Must be bilingual (English / Spanish)
- Valid driver's license (company van will be provided)
- Ability to drive to assignments in the following locations: Miami, Aventura, Bal Harbour, Wellington, West Palm Beach, Palm Beach, Sawgrass, The Falls, Dadeland, Boca Raton, Coral Gables, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Miramar Beach
- Flexibility with working hours; emergency nights and weekend work may be required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
