Responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness in commercial and residential settings. Supervise floor care technicians and ensure adherence to cleaning protocols.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and safe work environments
• Supervise and train floor care technicians
• Ensure compliance with all cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Document daily activities and report findings to management
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in cleaning or related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
