About the Role

The TT Curing Floor Supervisor will:

  • Supervise CVT curing activities, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping.
  • Coordinate the workforce and follow company policies, maintain accurate production reporting, and train employees.
  • Conduct disciplinary actions and ensure compliance with quality guidelines.
  • Collaborate regularly with maintenance personnel.
  • Coordinate work assignments and staffing levels.
  • Provide a safe work environment.
  • Ensure proper machinery setup and provide necessary training for employees.
  • Be able to cover the Lead Supervisor duties if needed.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Department Manager.
  • Ensure all ESH procedures, policies, and legal requirements are implemented and monitored.

Qualifications

  • Basic Qualifications: Associate's Degree or 5 years experience required. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
  • Prioritization of safety and adherence to safety procedures/guidelines is mandatory, including safety wear such as hearing protection and steel toe shoes.
  • New hires may be placed on shifts that include evenings and weekends.
  • The role involves various physical tasks, including lifting, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and operating machinery, with comprehensive training provided.
  • Majority of work is completed in a high heat environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing supervision experience.
  • Tire assembly experience.

Environment

Safety is our highest priority and safety procedures/guidelines must be always adhered to. This includes safety wear such as hearing protection and steel toe shoes. New Hires will likely be placed on a shift that includes evenings and weekends. The job is within a non-climate controlled environment where you will be exposed to temperature swings (hot/cold), forklift and pedestrian traffic, and noise. Majority of work completed in a high heat environment. The role involves various physical tasks, including lifting, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and operating machinery, with comprehensive training provided.

  • The starting annual salary for this role is $70,664 a year. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
