About the role
The attorney will provide estate and tax planning, trust and estate administration, litigation support, and client advisory services for high-net-worth individuals and families.
Responsibilities
- Estate & Tax Planning: Advise high-net-worth individuals and families on sophisticated estate planning strategies, including wealth preservation, tax-efficient structuring, and complex trust arrangements.
- Trust & Estate Administration: Manage probate proceedings, estate administration, and fiduciary matters while ensuring compliance with applicable state and federal laws.
- Estate & Trust Litigation: Support disputes involving contested wills, fiduciary duty claims, trust contests, and tax controversies through strategic litigation and negotiation.
- Client Advisory & Representation: Deliver tailored legal counsel to individuals, families, and business owners while collaborating closely with financial advisors, accountants, and tax professionals.
Pay
Up to $225K base salary plus performance‑based bonus.
Schedule
Hybrid role based in Manhattan.
