Trusts & Estates Attorney

Position Overview

Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking a Trusts & Estates Attorney with 2-4+ years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and probate. This role offers significant client interaction and the opportunity to manage sophisticated estate planning and probate matters in a collaborative practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer trusts and estates from inception through completion.
• Draft and review trust and probate administration documents.
• Prepare wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, deeds, beneficiary designations, and other estate planning documents.
• Conduct legal research related to probate and estate planning matters.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business development efforts.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and client advisors to deliver exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Florida Bar license required.
• 2-4+ years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and probate administration.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Westlaw and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
