Position Overview
Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking a Trusts & Estates Attorney with 2-4+ years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and probate. This role offers significant client interaction and the opportunity to manage sophisticated estate planning and probate matters in a collaborative practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer trusts and estates from inception through completion.
- Draft and review trust and probate administration documents.
- Prepare wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, deeds, beneficiary designations, and other estate planning documents.
- Conduct legal research related to probate and estate planning matters.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business development efforts.
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and client advisors to deliver exceptional client service.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active Florida Bar license required.
- 2-4+ years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and probate administration.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with Westlaw and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and client relationship skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
