Responsibilities

• Estate planning (wills, trusts, tax-efficient structures)
• Estate and trust administration
• Representation of high-net-worth individuals and closely held business owners

Requirements

• 2+ years of Trusts & Estates experience (mid-level through senior candidates considered)
• Experience from a law firm, boutique, or midsize environment preferred
• Background in transactional, private client, or estate planning is ideal
• Real estate or tax experience is a plus, but not required
• No portable book of business required

Pay

Base salary: $150,000 – $200,000 per year, depending on experience.

Schedule

Hybrid schedule with flexibility; most attorneys work 4–5 days onsite, with additional flexibility for strong candidates.
