Responsibilities

• Estate & Tax Planning: Advise high‑net‑worth individuals and families on sophisticated estate planning strategies, wealth preservation, tax‑efficient structuring, and complex trust arrangements.
• Trust & Estate Administration: Manage probate proceedings, estate administration, and fiduciary matters while ensuring compliance with applicable state and federal laws.
• Estate & Trust Litigation: Support disputes involving contested wills, fiduciary‑duty claims, trust contests, and tax controversies through strategic litigation and negotiation.
• Client Advisory & Representation: Deliver tailored legal counsel to individuals, families, and business owners, collaborating closely with financial advisors, accountants, and tax professionals.

Pay

Up to $225,000 base salary plus performance‑based bonus. Position is based in Manhattan with a hybrid work arrangement.
