Key Responsibilities

  • Build, develop, and maintain strong client relationships
  • Work with clients to understand their financial goals, needs, and objectives
  • Serve as a trusted relationship manager and primary point of contact for clients
  • Collaborate with attorneys, CPAs, and other professional advisors
  • Partner with internal trust, investment, planning, and banking professionals
  • Support clients with wealth management, trust, planning, and estate-related needs
  • Provide exceptional service with a focus on long-term client retention
  • Represent the company professionally in the local market
  • Participate in community and professional activities

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant wealth management, trust, financial planning, or relationship management experience
  • Preferred Bachelors degree required
  • Advanced degree a plus
  • CFP designation preferred
  • Strong relationship management and client service skills
  • Ability to work effectively with attorneys, CPAs, clients, and internal team members
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Interest in being active in the local community
  • Willingness to work in the office
