Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, advisors, and external partners;
- Answer client questions and coordinate delivery of services;
- Facilitate and oversee distributions, transactions, and daily account activity;
- Maintain ongoing client communication and service delivery;
- Review account activity, statements, and fee collection;
- Oversee the tax preparation process;
- Perform annual account reviews;
- Maintain complete and audit-ready account documentation;
- Review onboarding documentation and account closing packages;
- Process asset additions, transfers, and revocations;
- Ensure timely completion of all assigned projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) required;
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Trust Officer preferred;
- A Certified Trust Financial Advisor designation preferred;
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong organization and attention to detail;
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite;
- Experience with Salesforce a plus.

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $110,000.00 to $120,000.00, exclusive of bonuses and benefits. This role is also eligible to participate in the annual corporate bonus plan.
