Trust Officer

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, advisors, and external partners;
• Answer client questions and coordinate delivery of services;
• Facilitate and oversee distributions, transactions, and daily account activity;
• Maintain ongoing client communication and service delivery;
• Review account activity, statements, and fee collection;
• Oversee the tax preparation process;
• Perform annual account reviews;
• Maintain complete and audit-ready account documentation;
• Review onboarding documentation and account closing packages;
• Process asset additions, transfers, and revocations;
• Ensure timely completion of all assigned projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) required;
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Trust Officer preferred;
• A Certified Trust Financial Advisor designation preferred;
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong organization and attention to detail;
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite;
• Experience with Salesforce a plus.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $110,000.00 to $120,000.00, exclusive of bonuses and benefits. This role is also eligible to participate in the annual corporate bonus plan.
