Trust & Estates Attorney

About the role

The Trusts & Estates Attorney position is available in either Milwaukee or Waukesha offices. The ideal candidate will have five or more years of experience drafting sophisticated estate plans for taxable and non-taxable estates and administering estates and trusts post-death.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. - Admitted to practice law in Wisconsin. - Membership in the State Bar of Wisconsin.
