We work exclusively out of one office, with a collegial, high-caliber culture and a client base of high-net-worth individuals, families, and fiduciaries. Responsibilities

• Advising high-net-worth individuals, families, and fiduciaries on wealth transfer strategies, trust and estate administration, and related tax planning matters.
• Handling complex, high-stakes matters without the bureaucracy of a multi-office national platform.
• Working on sophisticated estate planning, wealth transfer, and trust administration matters for a high-caliber client base.
• Joining a nationally ranked private wealth group within an elite, self-contained firm.
• Maintaining a collegial, tight-knit culture — no juggling across multiple offices or practice silos.
• Receiving strong mentorship and a clear path for growth within a stable, prestigious platform.

Requirements

• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent writing/drafting skills.
• Prior experience in a sophisticated private client practice.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in sophisticated estate planning and trust/estate administration.

Benefits

• Salary: $190,000 - $260,000 per year.
